Luxury Living, we take pride in delivering high-quality furniture with care and efficiency. Below is our shipping policy, including estimated delivery times and important information about your order.

1. Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery times vary depending on the type of product and stock availability. Estimated timeframes are as follows:

✔️ Sofas & Custom Orders: 2-3 months (as these are made to order and require careful craftsmanship)
✔️ Tables, Chairs & Other Items: Delivery times vary but are typically faster, depending on stock availability
✔️ In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 7-14 business days

We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase and keep you updated on any changes.

2. Shipping Costs & Methods

  • Local & Nationwide Delivery: Fees vary based on location and item size. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • White Glove Delivery Service: For larger items like sofas, we offer a premium delivery service that includes assembly and placement in your home. Additional charges may apply.

  • Click & Collect: Some items may be available for in-store pickup at [Your Business Address].

3. Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:
✔️ A confirmation email with order details
✔️ A shipping update when your order is dispatched
✔️ A tracking link (if applicable)

For custom or made-to-order items, we will provide progress updates throughout the production process.

4. Delays & Backorders

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays may occur due to supply chain issues, production schedules, or transportation disruptions. If this happens:
✔️ We will notify you immediately and provide an updated timeline.
✔️ You will have the option to wait, modify, or cancel your order for a full refund if the delay exceeds the original timeframe significantly.

5. Delivery Terms & Responsibilities

  • Access Requirements: Please ensure doorways and hallways are large enough to accommodate your furniture. If delivery is unsuccessful due to access issues, additional fees may apply for re-delivery or return.

  • Inspect Your Order: Upon delivery, please inspect your items and report any damages within 48 hours.

  • Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within Ireland. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing an order.
