At Luxury Living, we strive to provide high-quality furniture and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy ensures compliance with Irish consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

1. Your Right to Return & Refund

Under Irish law, consumers have specific rights when purchasing goods, including the right to return faulty items or cancel online orders within a specific timeframe.

a) Returning Faulty or Defective Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to:
✔️ A full refund, replacement, or repair (depending on the issue).
✔️ Return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the fault was present at the time of delivery.
✔️ If a fault develops after 30 days but within a reasonable period, you are not entitled to a repair or replacement.

b) Change of Mind Returns (Online & In-Store Purchases)

We understand that sometimes purchases don’t work out.

  • Online Purchases: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • In-Store Purchases: Returns for non-faulty items purchased in-store are at our discretion. We may offer an exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

🚨 Exclusions: Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.
